Shana Terrill is a pre-med student at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. She has been a member of the East Central Missouri Area Health Education Center program since her senior year in high school at Hannibal. Terrill is a Chemistry major with an emphasis in biochemistry. She says she plans a career in pediatrics or possibly emergency medicine. Terrill has been an advocate for promoting the HPV vaccination. She's worked with teens in St. Louis city to help cut down on cases of the virus. In addition to shadowing physicians, Terrill has worked to gain the skills necessary to be a hands on technician in the ER and other areas of the hospital.
